We offer a simple and effective referral process which encourages forward-thinking strategies to support employees and employers alike.

Our approach will ensure your employee is seen swiftly, given sensible and practical advice to hasten a return to work and an independent, evidence-based report is issued in a timely manner to a referring manager.

We can offer fitness to work advice for the following scenarios;
  1. Long-term or short-term intermittent sickness absence
  2. Work related injury
  3. Assessing disability and advice on reasonable workplace adjustments

Workplace Health and Wellbeing offers telephone and face to face services to assess an employees health and fitness to work following an illness, injury or as part of an ongoing programme for specific workers. The assessment will confirm if an employee is fit to undertake the work tasks they are employed to do. Subsequently, we will provide a referring manager with a comprehensive occupational health report indicating suitable advice and guidance on any reasonable adjustment, in order to support an employee in the workplace.
